Things look a little different around here at TTD.org: as of today we have a brand new website design, which is sleeker, more modern, and more navigable. With this website we will have the tools to better drive our policy agenda and initiatives on behalf of the women and men who operate, maintain, build, and service our transportation system.
The new TTD.org will serve not only as a platform to inform union members, policymakers, the media, and the public about pressing transportation issues, but also as an advocacy tool to present clear arguments for boosting transportation investments, protecting middle-class jobs, expanding collective bargaining, and ensuring modern, safe, and secure transportation operations and infrastructure.
A few features we’d like to highlight:
The Policy Section
This is where you’ll find our policy statements, letters to Congress, federal comments, and Congressional testimonies. Browse by category, use tags to see all the posts on a given topic, or use the search button in the upper-right hand corner of the site to look for a specific post.
The Highlights Section
Wonder what TTD’s been working on lately? Over in our Highlights section we’ve got descriptions of our recent projects, from surface transportation funding to the Norwegian Air International campaign. This section will evolve with our work.
Mobile Design
It’s now easy to use TTD.org on your mobile device and tablet. No more squinting at tiny text to try to figure out how to get where you want to go!
Social Media Integration
Share blog posts, press releases, and policy documents on Twitter, Facebook, and other social media platforms. Plus, click the icons on the top menu bar to follow us!
Signing up
Scroll down to the bottom of the page or use the “sign up” button on the top menu bar to sign up to receive TTD news, blog posts, and policy documents.
Take a look around – we hope you enjoy the new TTD.org.
